Magic Wand offers three systems in our Tunnels: 6000, 8000, and 10000. The 6000 packs 60 cars per hour into 50 feet of space. Our unique cloth cleans irregular surfaces better than similar systems. The 8000 includes a polish/wax/buffer section. You can upgrade an 8000 to a 10000 by adding a miter system and conditioning assembly.

All our systems are user friendly. This means the owner/operator can rely onthe simplicity of design to make troubleshooting, maitenance and adjustments on the components easy. We use an all aluminum frame construction with stainless steel brackets, pins, shafts and manifolds. all fittings are brass or stainless steel.

1. Correlator / Conveyor

The roller correlator is designed to work with the over/under conveyor. It aligns the vehicle with the entry of the conveyor by wheel contact with theguide roller assembly. The conveyor is a roller on demand type.

2. Tire Brush

The all aluminum tire brush (8"x 96") with Chemical Tire Applicator offers superior cleaning of white walls and white letter tires using a poly nylon brush.

3. Mitter Curtain

The dual mitter curtain with soft cloth is designed with an oscillating side to side arch motion to offer a bi-lateral cleaning action for exceptional safe cleaning

4. Rocker Panel Brush

The rocker panel brushes with soft cloth are designed to wash the lower sides of the vehicle. The tilted arm allows excellent cleaning in the curved areas.

5. Wrap Around Brush System

The Wrap Around washers with tapered window soft cloth start cleaning at the front of the vehicle and make their way around the front, down the side and around the back delivering complete wash coverage.

6. Tri-Foam Arch

The tri-foam arch uses an environmentally friendly triple step process that is applied to the vehicle for a clear coat paint conditioner.

7. Dual Rinse Arch

The aluminum dual rinse arch with stainless steel manifolds is designed to offer a superior rinsing action using a drying agent and sealer wax.
